Octopus Energy's reward program for smart meter customers!

How to get Octopoints?
Wheel of fortune spin - Every month you will be able to spin the wheel to earn some points. The highest being around £1000 worth of points and the lowest 8 points (1p). You are likely to just get 8 points each time but you never know! If on a smart meter you can spin twice for gas and Twice for electric so that’s 4 chances each month.
Saving Sessions – Here is where it gets a bit more interesting. Every now and again Octopus will have a saving session for 30 minutes or 1 hour. For every kwh of energy you save you will be paid in points. A realistic saving might be 50p - £1 per session. Usually these are during peak times around 6pm. It’s worth downloading the app and having notifications on as well as signing up to the WhatsApp alert.
Referrals - Each time you refer a friend you will gain 800 points worth £1.
Spending your points
You can visit the Octopus shop and spend your points or you can exchange them for credit towards your bill which is what I do. So far I have transferred £16 worth of points to my account.
